Week 1

We participated in 10 tracks fitness workout. Each track concentrated on improving a component of fitness. They were:

Track 1 focused on: Warm up

Track 2 focused on: Increasing heart rate

Track 3 focused on: Cardio

Track 4 focused on: Power

Track 5 focused on: Muskuler strength

Track 6 focused on: Runing

Track 7 focused on: Igility

Track 8 focused on: Training

Track 9 focused on: Power

Track 10 focused on: Abs
